As part of the partnership, Cegeka will manage the wide-ranging IT infrastructure of Candriam, including a hybrid cloud setup combining public and Cegeka clouds. Cegeka will also focus on data network managed services, providing network security based on next-generation firewall capabilities to reduce IT risk from information security threats.
Additionally, Cegeka will fully support the Candriam end-users and their devices in all offices and branches, with a 24/7 service desk and on-site engineers available to deliver services locally. The entire service and end user management process will be supported by Cegeka's digital engagement platform: Horizon.
