Quality Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. You will collaborate closely with domain owners within Global Operations to define quality controls, implement a quality assurance framework, and roll out automated quality checks. Your efforts will ensure that our quality standards are consistently met and improved upon. If you are passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on our team.

• As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting quality projects and conducting systematic checks to optimize quality within our organization.
• You will work closely with domain owners within Global Operations to define quality controls, implement a quality assurance framework, and roll out automated quality checks.
• Additionally, you will follow up with the right stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Your responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing quality needs, initiating and executing improvement projects, determining quality standards, and developing tests to ensure high-quality processes.
• You will perform complex technical quality controls, produce regular reports, and maintain internal and external contacts to optimize efficiency and collaboration.
• Staying well-informed about quality-related developments is essential to strengthen credibility and offer updated services

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL Power BI is a plus ; Familiarity with ITIL principles
• Language Skills: Fluent in English
