The mission within our Data & AI unit? Setting up modern data & AI platforms of the future using the latest technologies. We are now seeking a highly skilled AI Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to align their AI strategy with corporate goals, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation of AI initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in guiding business through AI usage, risk management, and building robust AI Centers of Excellence. Would you like to join our team of specialists?   • As an AI Strategy Manager, you collaborate with customers to align their AI strategy with organizational goals and objectives. You see a complex Business & IT environment as a challenge.
  • You will work closely with experienced colleagues and you will be responsible for coordinating multiple AI-related projects for both internal and external clients.
  • You develop and present business cases related to AI usage and integration.
  • You streamline and prioritize the implementation of AI-related use cases and initiatives in partnership with customers.
  • You guide customers in the assessment and mitigation of risks within their AI portfolio and applications.
  • You support the establishment and implementation of an AI Center of Excellence.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have strong experience in AI strategy, implementation, and consulting.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, use cases and applications, and you closely follow market updates.
  • You are familiar with risk management frameworks in AI applications, AI governance, policy and regulatory frameworks.
  • You have proven experience in working with clients on AI-related business transformation projects, managing AI initiatives and delivering business value.
  • Your communication and presentation skills allow you to engage stakeholders at all levels. Your persuasiveness and passion come in handy here!
  • You are structured and analytical, able to abstract complexity easily and you have a problem-solving mindset.
  • Thanks to your coaching skills you know how to motivate other project members to reach a higher level.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You will work according to our hybrid employment policy: from the Cegeka office near where you live (Ghent, Hasselt, Antwerp, Diegem or Leuven), combined with working from home or on site at the client.
