Our Cegeka D365 Human Resources division continues to grow! The projects are stacking up and therefor we are looking for an experienced HR consultant to support new and existing customers in their journey towards D365 Human Resources.  As a passionate HR consultant, you will be keeping a helicopter view on all processes and taking charge of the implementation together with the project manager.

  • You will join a growing and ambitious division where your view on HR processes will allow you to have immediate impact on a customer’s success.
  • You capture the business requirements and translate them into  working solutions on the D365 HR platform
  • You work closely with business process owners and key-users by delivering a qualitative service through a personal approach.
  • You identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency of the D365 HR platform

What you need to succeed:

  • You are an experienced professional with solid knowledge of implementations related to Dynamics 365 Human Resources
  • You have a passion for HR processes such as payroll, skill & performance management, time registration and expense management.
  • You get energised from working together as a team and you consult easily with your colleagues.
  • You have a knack for problem-solving in challenging environments
  • You enjoy taking charge and putting your own stamp on solutions we offer as a team.
  • You keep up-to-date with HR standards in the market to provide useful insights.
  • You look at things from a helicopter perspective, taking the solution to the next level.
  • You communicate openly and transparently and speak fluent English.
  • Your affinity with technical solutions such as Power Automate or Power Apps are considered an added value
