Cegeka continues to grow! Within our Applications software department, we have a division specifically dedicated to managing projects for the Flemish Government. Cegeka’s Flanders Digital initiative, in partnership with the Flemish Government, aims to help Flanders reach the top five most digitized regions in Europe. Cegeka serves as the strategic IT partner for the Flemish Government, supporting the further digitalization of Flanders through digital workplaces and impactful applications for the region’s 6.6 million citizens, including you and me. Think, for instance, of the "Groeipakket," which ensures that 960,000 Flemish families automatically receive the correct allowances and benefits. Or the Flemish Enforcement Platform for the Agency for Justice and Enforcement, which centralizes all information related to administrative enforcement across various inspection services in Flanders. Another example is "Persona," a new application used by the Education Agency to manage staff data. And there are many more projects underway.
