You are an experienced full-stack developer looking to grow into the role of an architect. You will begin in one of our development teams while participating in an intensive training program guided by our seasoned architects.

  • You will embark on a training program with clear objectives that you must achieve to succeed as an architect.
  • During your training, you will be part of a team and contribute to ongoing projects.
  • The training program lasts a maximum of 9 months. After a positive evaluation, you will start as a junior architect in one of our teams.
  • Our mentors (experienced architects) will provide intensive guidance throughout the entire program.
  • The program begins with an individual assignment that lasts one month: you will respond to an RFP, explaining the proposed solution along with the associated architecture and technologies.
  • Other aspects of your training will be tailored to you, such as coaching, presenting during a knowledge-sharing event, preparing budgets, identifying operational requirements, and more.
  • You fluently speak Dutch and English.
