  • As a business analyst, you are a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and your teammates. You observe and analyse business needs, both on demand and proactively. The analysis is thorough, takes into account user experience, provides a clear understanding of the business need, the context and the ROI that can be achieved by addressing the need.
  • As a business analyst, you have a broad knowledge of technical solutions within your domain, allowing you to translate the business need into an implementable solution.
  • You closely follow market developments.
  • You work closely with the domain architect to validate possible solutions.
  • You make high-level estimates of the implementation effort and timing by gathering information from the domain architect and solution providers.
  • You present your business case to the internal board and stakeholders and you are able to prioritise a range of business cases.
  • Once an implementation is launched, you ensure that the realisation meets the original business needs, a qualitative and efficient implementation and that ROI is achieved.
  • You will establish 1-year and multi-year roadmaps to digitally transform the business organisation. Your focus domain will be the internal digital workplace, with all Cegeka colleagues being your customers.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 3 years' experience as a business analyst. 
  • You are strongly analytical, able to understand/understand the business and form implementable profitable advice.
  • You can work independently and take ownership.
  • You are structured and able to prioritise.
  • You work results-oriented, accurate and with an eye for quality.
  • Experience with Device and OS management, Microsoft 365 products and/or Azure products is a strong asset as your focus domain will be the internal digital workplace.
  • You communicate fluently in English AND Dutch.
  • You have a master's degree (IT, economics, commercial engineer, policy IT, etc.) or bachelor's degree in IT or similar through experience.
