Your mission within our Corporate Data Team? To set up the corporate data platform of the future using the latest technologies in Azure Cloud. Will you contribute as an experienced Azure Data Architect?

  • As an Azure Data Architect, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to develop Data Platforms in the Microsoft Azure Cloud (Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI).
  • You thrive in a complex Business & IT environment.
  • As an architect, you will define the architecture of the Corporate Data Platform and hold final responsibility for it.
  • You are adept at leveraging the vast capabilities of the Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Your knowledge, experience, persuasive power, and passion will be essential in this role.
  • You will engage in discussions with both technical experts and business stakeholders.
  • You are structured and analytical, capable of abstracting details easily, and possess a problem-solving mindset.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have an infectious enthusiasm for data & cloud services.
  • You have experience with Azure Databricks and various Microsoft Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Explorer, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • You bring a flexible, independent, and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and precision are also essential in this role.
  • Our projects are primarily based in the Hasselt region. When office presence is not required, you can work at the Cegeka office closest to your home (Antwerp, Hasselt, or Ghent), with hybrid working also possible.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
