Corporate Project Leader

• As a corporate project manager, you’ll be responsible for strategic and/or tactical internal projects within various domains: digital workplace, merger & acquisition, ERP program, customer engagement platform (Horizon). 
• Together with stakeholders (C-level), you’ll define the scope and impact of projects, giving you a clear understanding of the needs and objectives. 
• You’ll then translate this into a project plan with value-based deliverables. Naturally, you are responsible for delivering the entire project within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline, while meeting organizational requirements, methodology, and quality standards. 
• You will work with your team to achieve project goals in terms of quality, budget, and lead time; in short, you’ll take ownership and ensure project delivery.  Scope management is essential to our approach: you’ll coordinate this closely with analysts. 
• Discussing ongoing backlog developments with the client, challenging client requests for changes, and making the client aware of the budgetary impact are part of your daily tasks. 
• This means making difficult issues, such as scope and budget, discussable with your client and the team. 
• You are the key contact person for your (internal) client and focus on building a "trusted advisor" relationship with project & program stakeholders. 
• Together with the (internal) client, you will monitor the project status in all its dimensions. You are accustomed to proactively addressing project issues and risks. 
• You deeply care about the motivation and development of your project team members, actively providing feedback and guidance.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT context. 
• You get great satisfaction from seeking business value for your client. You approach this with a critical eye and engage in open discussions with the client. 
• You are familiar with roadmap planning, scope, and backlog management. 
• You apply a pragmatic project approach based on proven project methodologies like Prince2, Agile, or ITIL. 
• Your expertise, social skills, flexibility, and commitment enable you to gain the trust of our clients. 
• You maintain a helicopter view without underestimating the importance of details. 
• Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you continuously work with the team and the client toward the desired outcome. 
• You can negotiate constructively and have excellent communication skills, whether with the team, the client, or management. 
• You have a solid understanding of (infrastructure) projects and implementation methods. 
• You combine a helicopter view with the necessary attention to detail. 
• You possess strong leadership skills. 
• You are also administratively skilled, and you speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
