  • As a Data Engineer, you work closely with our technical and business teams to optimally support our data solutions. Your main responsibilities are:
  • Onboarding new data streams into our data warehouse.
  • Data cleaning and transformation to create new datasets.
  • Developing new reports and dashboards at the request of the business.
  • Consolidating existing and new reports into a new version of the management dashboard, with operational, tactical, and strategic figures of organizational importance for the evaluation and adjustment of processes and policies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to concretize their reporting questions.
  • Doing a deep dive into the database to map the reporting needs to the available data.
  • Developing and implementing ETL processes in Azure Databricks to create a basic report.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience with Power BI, Databricks, and Azure.
  • Strong soft skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Commercial, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into technological solutions.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Logical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch
