Cegeka continues to grow! Within the Digital Business division, we follow this trend and are therefore looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer for one of our projects. Digital Business offers innovative solutions to structurally modernize existing application landscapes. We provide strategic advice on how a digital transformation can be successfully completed both technologically and organizationally. Outdated applications can be renewed to make optimal use of Cloud capabilities. Additionally, Digital Business integrates existing application landscapes with new applications and develops custom software solutions. How do we do this successfully at Cegeka? As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will implement, configure, onboard, and set up Azure DevOps. Working with our Senior Cloud Security Solutions Architect, you will support customers, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance of Azure environments. This role demands a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • You collaborate with the Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge Azure DevOps solutions.
  • You set up and configure Azure DevOps pipelines, repositories, and environments, enabling streamlined development and deployment processes.
  • You assist in onboarding new customers to Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal configurations.
  • You provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, tackling challenges related to Azure DevOps and associated technologies.
  • You develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
  • You monitor and optimize the performance of Azure DevOps environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • You work with development teams to integrate Azure DevOps practices into workflows, championing best practices and innovation.
  • You stay informed about the latest Azure DevOps features, updates, and industry trends, sharing insights with your team.
  • You create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Azure DevOps implementations, configurations, and support procedures.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in Azure DevOps engineering or a similar role.
  • You hold Azure certification AZ-400 (Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) or strive to achieve it.
  • You possess a strong understanding of Azure services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • You are skilled with infrastructure-as-code tools like ARM templates and Bicep.
  • You excel in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • You thrive under pressure, solving problems with creativity and resilience.
  • You communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with team members and customers.
  • You master version control systems such as Git.
  • You are familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and embrace the shift-left principle for security best practices.
  • You fluently speak English. Speaking Dutch is a plus.
