Digital Business offers innovative solutions to structurally modernize existing application landscapes. We provide strategic advice on how a digital transformation can be successfully completed from both a technological and organizational perspective. Outdated applications can be renewed to fully leverage cloud capabilities. • As a customer proxy, you act as the bridge between the client and the team.
• You map out customer needs and have experience in conducting analyses, testing, and working with Agile methodologies.
• Together with the business, you follow up on the backlog.
• You actively contribute to knowledge sharing within and outside your team.
• In your role, you ensure that the functionalities you describe are correctly implemented.
• You are part of a community where learning, knowledge sharing, and personal growth are central.
• You are not afraid of new client inquiries and projects; you feel right at home in pre-sales processes and foundation phases.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• You understand the Agile process, especially in your role as a customer proxy.
• You thrive on facilitating a team and fostering an open culture.
• You possess strong analytical skills to comprehend and structure complex issues.
• You are driven by knowledge sharing, curiosity, and flexibility.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You have a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• You are capable of executing functional tests correctly and proactively.
• You are proactive and handle stress well.
• You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and English.
• You have a basic technical knowledge of SQL, Postman, etc.—a plus.
