HR Director BE

Cegeka is a family-owned company and a leading IT solutions provider with more than 9,000 employees worldwide. In Belgium, we operate with a team of more than 2,000 employees, supported by an HR team of around 30 professionals. To steer our strong growth in the right direction, we are looking for an HR Director to navigate and transform our Belgian organization through a dynamic and challenging HR & business context.

• As HR Director, you will be the architect of the HR policy in Belgium. You will translate the group strategy into the local organization and ensure that our people remain at the heart of everything we do. Together with your team, you will build a dynamic, innovative HR environment where talent development, well-being, and efficiency are top priorities. Your responsibilities: 
• Implementing and aligning the group’s HR policy locally.
• Advising and supporting the leadership team in all HR-related matters.
• Leading and developing an HR team of 30 colleagues.
• Improving and streamlining HR systems and processes in alignment with international initiatives.
• Ensuring the correct application of Belgian labor laws.
• Actively collaborating with the works council and trade unions.
• Preparing, monitoring, and optimizing HR budgets.
• Reporting directly to the BE Country Manager and working closely with the CHRO.

• Master's degree in HR or equivalent through experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the IT sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Belgian labor laws.
• Experience in an international context and with change management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic insight combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
