CTG Belgium, part of the Cegeka Group and a Platinum Atlassian Partner, is looking for a driven Atlassian Consultant. Do you have knowledge of Atlassian tools and want to help our clients get the most out of their Atlassian products? Then we have the opportunity for you!

  • As an Atlassian Consultant, you will become part of our Quality Engineering department, collaborating with other Atlassian consultants to deliver the various services we offer to our clients.
  • You will work with one or more clients, helping to translate their needs into concrete solutions using Atlassian products.
  • You are responsible for the configuration and setup of Atlassian products, optimizing processes, and selecting the appropriate add-ons.
  • You provide demos to our clients and, based on these, further develop specific concepts.
  • You contribute to remote support from our Atlassian Delivery Center.
  • Depending on your interests, you may also be involved in creating and delivering training within your area of expertise.
  • You complete the necessary training and obtain relevant Atlassian certifications and/or accreditations.
  • You work from Cegeka offices and at the client’s location, with hybrid work also being an option.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience configuring and implementing Atlassian products.  
  • You are a communicative team player who is not afraid to independently acquire new knowledge and immediately apply it in practice.  
  • Knowledge sharing, curiosity, drive, and flexibility are part of your DNA.  
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Jira (or Jira Service Management) is a must.  
  • Knowledge of other Atlassian products such as Guard, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc., is a plus.  
  • Atlassian certification is a plus.  
  • Knowledge of software development processes, Agile, and ITSM processes is a plus.  
  • With your critical perspective, you can conceptualize ideas and clearly present them to the client.  
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French. You also speak English.
