As an L&D intern, you will become a member of the international L&D team at Cegeka. Together with our Dutch and Romanian colleagues, you will contribute to the development of more than 9000 Cegeka employees. Here is a glimpse of your daily tasks:
You help manage the Learning Development system (LMS) 'Campus' within Cegeka and contribute to maintaining an attractive training catalog tailored to the development needs of the employees.
You assist in organizing the monthly introduction for new employees.
You provide administrative support in major programs such as the Global Catalogue and the academies.
You are responsible for answering employees' questions about Learning & Development. You do this in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
You contribute to accurate monthly (financial) reporting.
You take on operational tasks such as organizing internal training sessions, analyzing evaluations, and maintaining second-line contact with suppliers regarding logistical arrangements.
What you need to succeed:
You are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Office Management or Communication.
You are communicative and write fluently in Dutch and English.
Do people describe you as organized, communicative, and autonomous? Perfect!
Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you.
Are you an administrative and organizational talent? Check!
