As a Process Consultant, you believe in co-creation and connectivity, working closely with our clients to understand their value streams. By providing guidance and building strong solutions within this specific context and environments, you ensure that we facilitate and support a connected, value-driven organization for them. You play a key role in advising clients on process design, redesign, and improvement, including the associated organizational changes.  For specific projects, you are instrumental in the implementation of tools such as Servicenow, Jira Service Management, Omnitracker, and other service management platforms. Additionally, you actively contribute to expanding our service offerings and strengthening our expertise in industry practices. You will play be instrumental in our learning & development activities, both internally and externally, and will also strive to become a leading figure within the Service Management community.

  • Provide expert advice and consulting on service management processes and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of service management tools.
  • Be instrumental in Learning & Development activities, delivering internal and external trainings and workshops in various formats.
  • Providing strategic coaching and consultancy to IT management, leveraging a broad knowledge of various methodologies and practices.
  • Assisting in presales activities and enhancing the service offering.
  • Acting as a leader in industry practices and contributing to knowledge sharing within the department and the service management community.
  • Collaborating with all IT stakeholders and the business to achieve optimal solutions.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in service management process consultancy, preferably at a senior or medior level.
  • Extensive experience in delivering workshops and training. Required certifications for delivering ITIL4 trainings, or the willingness to achieve those on short term are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong affinity with Agile methodologies.
  • A drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest developments.
  • A networker who thrives in taking on leadership roles within the team and department, and the ambition to become an authority within the service management community.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks (ITIL 4 certification is required).
  • Knowledge of additional frameworks and methodologies like Cobit and Cynefin are a definite plus.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is an important asset.
