Do you like to form the bridge between operations and development? Then Cegeka's rapidly growing and passionate Data & AI team has the challenge for you! We are looking for a Lead DataOps.

  • You are a driving force for further building the DevOps culture within our Data & AI team. This means that you contribute to the best practices regarding automation, version control, releases, infrastructure, security,... hrough your coaching style you know how to lift other project members to a higher level.
  • Innovation and knowledge sharing is high on our agenda. We are always looking for innovation and improvement for our customers. You will get plenty of opportunities to actively participate in this.
  • Develop, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data-related applications in Azure.
  • Configure and manage Azure infrastructure for data applications, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and others.
  • Troubleshoot and quickly respond to operational incidents in the data environment.
  • You will join a driven and passionate team where working is both enjoyable and fun. We even have our own Data & AI fun team.

What you need to succeed:

  • You are eager to learn and a driven developer with demonstrable professional experience with Azure.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus.
  • Experience writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates or similar.
  • Experience setting up automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Github Actions, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic system administration or experience working with system administrators is a plus.
  • You write quality, easy-to-read code and engage in refactoring as needed. You ensure quality through test-driven development and continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
  • Not only your knowledge is important, we find your motivation, insight and attitude equally important. You have a dynamic character and are eager to learn.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.
