Lead Generation Marketeer - Social Impact

Cegeka is seeking a Lead Generation Marketer with a passion for IT applications in the social & public sector (Government, HR & Payroll, Healthcare, Member & Sector Organizations, Social Security, Education…) in Belgium. You will manage, coordinate, develop, and implement the IT applications demand generation marketing strategy for these domains via online channels (website, email, social media…) and offline channels (inspiration sessions, roundtables, etc.). You will convince key decision-makers within our target audiences of the value of partnering with Cegeka and leveraging its applications portfolio. You aim to attract customers and contribute to achieving the growth objectives of Cegeka’s Social Impact division. Building a qualified sales funnel in our focus domains will be your primary KPI. You will report to the Sales Manager of Social Impact and work closely with account and business development managers. You will also receive support from the corporate marketing team.

• You launch and manage digital marketing initiatives and campaigns across all possible digital marketing techniques and tools (paid/owned/earned), working closely with the corporate marketing team.
• You act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing content and transform their input into commercial texts, including customer testimonials.
• You generate qualified leads through marketing campaigns, targeted webinars, digital content for social media and the website, and roundtable sessions with C-level executives around specific business cases.
• You contribute to the design of marketing campaigns with a focus on the optimal use of digital channels, in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• You measure and report on the effectiveness of our demand generation strategies and propose actions for improvement.
• You coordinate market research within target companies to collect feedback on Social Impact solutions, working with the sales team and program managers.
• You stay updated on the latest trends and developments in (Digital) Marketing.
• You collaborate closely with the sales, presales, and corporate marketing teams.

• You have experience in a product/solution marketing or segment marketing context, preferably in B2B with strong knowledge of IT applications.
• You are passionate and experienced in various on- and offline marketing tactics: content marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, event management, roundtables, webinars, inspiration sessions, etc.
• You have skills in copywriting and graphic design.
• You excel in data-driven and business-driven marketing.
• You master CRM tools (we use Dynamics 365 for Sales).
• You bring experience in growth initiatives, successful GTM strategies, and lead generation campaigns.
• You are a quick learner with an open-minded and results-oriented approach.
• You are passionate about digital marketing and helping others achieve business growth.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in an ICT B2B environment.
• You know how to use Google Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.
• You keep up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• You have a proactive can-do attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
• You thrive as a team player, ensuring collaboration with colleagues and other business lines leads to exceptional results.
• You fluently speak & write in Dutch.
