Therefore, we are looking for a Marketing Excellence Manager to strengthen our Europe team. As a Marketing Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing marketing processes and data management systems. You will ensure that decisions within the marketing teams are data-driven and that a cohesive marketing strategy is in place that aligns with our business goals. This is a key role within Cegeka’s growth objective.

  • What are your key responsibilities?
  • Serve as process/product owner for market intelligence (MI): Manage relationships with MI partners to ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant market data for informed marketing decisions.
  • Lead marketing process and methodology: Develop and oversee marketing processes, KPIs, and Martech tools to enable effective performance tracking and reporting.
  • Connect across marketing teams: Align product, regional, and group marketing strategies while supporting the marketing management team in strategic planning and execution.
  • Define and drive marketing strategy: Partner with stakeholders to create strategies that align with business goals and provide direction for impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency and best practices in marketing processes: Standardize processes and promote best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across marketing operations.
  • Monitor market trends and innovations: Leverage market insights and trends to maintain competitiveness and inform strategic planning.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strategic thinker with 3-5+ years of experience in marketing process management or market intelligence, skilled at driving data-informed decisions and process improvements.
  • Strong communicator adept at presenting data-driven insights and facilitating consensus through constructive dialogue with diverse stakeholders.
  • Trusted advisor with expertise in market intelligence and process optimization, building reliable partnerships across teams.
  • Results-oriented professional with a proactive approach to setting goals, driving improvements, and delivering on time.
  • Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively navigating challenges to support strategic objectives.
  • A master’s degree.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally as in written.
