Cegeka is looking for Masters in Science with an interest in IT wwith at least 1 year of work experience to get started as a Quality & Compliance Engineer in the Life Sciences sector. You will combine scientific knowledge with IT expertise and knowledge of GxP guidelines to contribute to patient safety and product quality. 

  • You will support projects in the areas of Computer System Validation (CSV), QA/QC and IT compliance. You will do this by: 
  • Preparing high quality documentation and procedures according to applicable guidelines. 
  • Guiding end users and applying your expertise in compliance and quality. 
  • Analyzing problems and suggesting improvements, using a risk-based approach. 
  • With intensive training, you will lay the foundation to participate in challenging projects within IT compliance in Life Sciences. Make an impact in a sector where your work really makes a difference! 

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong scientific basis: You have a degree in a scientific direction, such as (bio)chemistry, biomedical sciences, or bioengineering and have an affinity with IT. 
  • Flexibility: You adapt quickly to new work environments and tasks. 
  • Work ethic and specific characteristics: You document thoroughly and eagerly.  You are precise and pragmatic. You are analytically and organizationally strong and enjoy finding solutions to problems. Quality is an absolute priority for you, as evidenced by your thorough and detailed approach. 
  • IT skills: You are fluent with MS Office. 
  • Strong communicator and team player: You enjoy working together, but also function well independently. Your communication skills allow you to communicate your ideas clearly in both English and Dutch, and possibly also in French.
