Our Health Solutions team is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Software Support Engineer to support our customers. Our consultants: a driven team with a rare mix of ICT and healthcare expertise.  As a Medical Software Support Engineer, you will provide support for Primuz, an advanced software solution that helps hospitals optimise patient care and medical processes. Primuz is an integrated electronic patient record (EPD) that allows healthcare professionals to work more efficiently, manage information securely and improve the quality of care. Various modules are used, including patient administration, appointments, medical and nursing records, medication management, ... . Thanks to your expertise, you ensure that Primuz is used optimally, and you contribute directly to a better care experience for patients and care providers. 

  • Your role as a Medical Software Support Engineer:  
  • You are the hero of the day: you resolve questions and incidents for our customers when using Primuz and associated integrations. 
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers' application administrators, whether by phone, e-mail or via the helpdesk tool - and always ensure clear and efficient communication. 
  • Responsible from A to Z: you follow up the entire helpdesk process, from registering the problem to its successful conclusion. 
  • Complex and challenging issues do not deter you. The questions are specialised, not numerous, but often complex and challenging. 
  • In escalations, you play smart: you know how to involve the right people in solving the problem. 
  • You are the knowledge manager: you draw up procedures, keep them up to date and ensure that our knowledge database is always up to date. 

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a keen understanding of hospital organisation, administration and processes. 
  • You are customer-oriented, eager to learn and possess analytical and problem-solving skills; 
  • You adapt quickly to a new working environment.  
  • You handle questions from our customers promptly and professionally, both orally and in writing. 
  • Experience with medical software is a plus. 
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and French. 
  • You work from our office in Diegem, combined with working from home, and you travel to our customers in the Brussels, Ghent or Antwerp regions depending on the needs of the project.
