  • You are jointly responsible for the first and second line support of the daily workplace environment of the end users. This mainly involves troubleshooting and resolving problems with the digital workplace and related end-user hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.), in collaboration with other customer teams.
  • Your tasks also include managing, delivering and moving end-user hardware to different customers. You ensure high availability of apps, applications and services.
  • You ensure that documentation, instructions, procedures knowledge are kept up to date.
  • You support different customers in a flexible schedule, which can vary from day to day.
  • In your role you will be backup for regular engineers at the customers, and jump in when they are on leave or unexpectedly unavailable.
  • Support is provided on site at the customers' premises. Working from home is very limited in this role.
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows/O365 environments and providing support to users/clients is a must.
  • You can work independently but also well in a team environment.
  • Region: Antwerp/Brussels and occasionally Beringen.

What you need to succeed:

  • A good knowledge of Dutch, French and English is required, both oral and written.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, or have been working within the IT sector for several years. 2 to 3 years of experience in a Service Desk/support environment is required.
  • You can travel with your company car to the following locations: Antwerp, Brussels and occasionally Beringen.
  • During your career you have gained knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Office 365, IMACD service (install, move, add, configure, delete), Ticketing (handle, create, escalate) and creating/handling documentation, among others.
  • You are communicative and friendly, making users eager to come to you for answers to their questions. You are proactive and analytically strong and know how to quickly arrive at solutions by connecting the right components.
  • In stressful situations, you know how to remain calm and alert. Others describe you as a reliable person, who values punctuality and can communicate clearly!
