  • You join a team of 11 performance engineers 
  • You analyze and visualize technical and business data from customers 
  • You advise customers to take the right actions to elevate the performance of the customers’ website and business applications
  • You implement, document and help to optimize processes for the client
  • You advise the customers the right services when it comes to Data Intelligence, IT — Service Intellligence, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • You are the soundboard for customers
  • You contribute to the team’s knowledge and expertise.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 3 years experience in monitoring or performance testing
  • Dynatrace, Neoload or Octoperf certificates are a great asset
  • Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, NewRelic, and SignalFX, as well as programming languages such as JavaScript and Node.js are valuable
  • You have a good understanding of web and application server technologies and concepts
  • You easily manage different projects at the same time by defining the right priorities
  • You have a higher education in IT or have reached the same level of expertise out of interest or your passion for the field
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills
  • You can work independently but also enjoy teamwork
  • You have a fluent knowledge of English, combined with French or Dutch.
