  • As a Pre-Sales, you will collaborate closely with our technical and sales teams to service our customers and prospects. Your key responsibilities include: 
  • Client Engagement and Solution Design:  Understand the software testing and quality requirements of our clients and prospects.  Present and propose both technical and functional software testing solutions tailored to their needs.  Act as the subject matter expert on software testing and quality engineering across functional testing, test management, test automation, and performance testing. 
  • Proposal Development and Sales Support:  Elaborate and present proposals regarding software testing and quality engineering, covering functional, technological, and financial aspects.  Respond to public tenders, RFIs, RFPs and similar requests, including cost price calculations.  Create business cases, innovation roadmaps, and pricing models to optimize client processes. 
  • Market and Industry Insight:  Stay informed about IT developments and continuously update your knowledge to maintain credibility and provide relevant solutions.  Detect market and client needs to drive innovation and ensure our offerings stay ahead of industry trends.  Build and maintain a network with vendors and partners to enhance our capabilities.    Knowledge Sharing:  Share your expertise and experience with our team of 200+ software testers, fostering growth and continuous improvement. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Expertise:  Proven subject matter expertise in software testing/quality engineering with over 5 years of experience in test management, testing strategies, test design & execution, and test automation.  Experience in a presales role is essential. 
  • Skills and Mindset:  Commercial, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into technological solutions.  Customer-oriented attitude with strong communication and presentation skills.  Logical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving. 
  • Professional Skills:  Ability to work autonomously to develop client proposals and support sales teams during client interactions and RFP responses.  ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.  Fluency in English and Dutch is required, French is a plus.
