  • As Project Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating strategic projects within the European Sales & Marketing domain. You ensure that these projects are successfully delivered within the agreed scope, budget and timelines. 
  • Together with the stakeholders, you define the scope and impact of projects to get a clear picture of the needs and objectives. You then translate these into a project plan with value based deliverables. 
  • You are responsible for the delivery of the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time while meeting organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards. 
  • You are a strong connecting interlocutor and know how to translate requirements into workable solutions.  
  • You work closely with international teams to realize projects.  
  • You anticipate risks and solve problems proactively.  
  • The motivation and development of your project employees is close to your heart. You therefore play an active role in feedback and adjustment. 

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Leader, preferably in an IT context. 
  • Strong analytical ability and strategic insight to identify business value and turn it into concrete actions 
  • You get enormous satisfaction from finding the business value for your customer.  You look at this with the necessary critical eye and enter the conversation with the customer. 
  • You are familiar with the roadmap, scope and backlog management. 
  • You use a pragmatic project approach based on a proven project methodology such as Prince2, Agile, ITIL. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.  
  • Through your professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility and commitment you manage to gain the trust of our clients. 
  • You have a helicopter view but do not underestimate the importance of details. 
  • Cooperation is obvious to you. You continuously strive for the desired result together with the team and the client. 
  • You can negotiate in a constructive way and you have excellent communication skills, both towards the team, the client, and the management. 
  • You have a good general view on (infrastructure) projects and implementation methods. 
  • You have strong leadership skills. 
  • You are administratively strong, speak/write fluent Dutch and English, and are graphically strong.
