Cegeka is looking for experienced project managers / project leaders to strengthen its Application Solutions (AS) unit.From our Delivery Center in Diegem and on site at our customers you will lead Web, mobile and cloud development, low code solutions, application migrations and other software development projects.
At the end of 2023, we acquired CTG, so their expertise and services are now also part of the Cegeka family. This acquisition strengthens our position and adds new areas of expertise to our portfolio, including IT solutions in Software Testing, IT Service Management and Regulatory Compliance.
As project manager, you will create a project plan, take care of managing, following up and coaching the project staff.
You are in charge of the day-to-day operational project activities and monitor the scope of the project (resources, budget, schedule).
You are responsible for building client relationships at every level and liaise with internal/external project stakeholders.
What you need to succeed:
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading software development projects.
You are a born leader and motivator and communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is included).
Flexibility, stress-resistance and eye for quality are self-evident for you.
You think customer and result oriented and have a healthy dose of logical and analytical thinking skills.
You report in a clear and structured way.
Both the classic Waterfall and the Agile methodology are familiar to you and you can work with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence and Azure DevOps.
