As an experienced Project Manager, do you have many successfully completed ERP projects on your track record? Do you ensure that the implementation of your ERP projects at your customers is realised within the agreed scope, budget and time? Then maybe it's time we got to know each other!

  • As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of D365 FO projects at our customers. This primarily involves delivering the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time. In doing so, you monitor and report on all aspects of the project so that it meets organisational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
  • You are the contact person of choice for the customer. You translate expectations into a project plan with clear objectives that are approved by the steering committee. You organise the project kick-off, ensuring that all employees and stakeholders are informed and aligned with the project plan.
  • During the duration of the project, you motivate and guide the project staff towards the objectives to be achieved. You do this through regular project evaluations and feedback interviews. You advise the client throughout the ERP implementation process and take the lead in internal and external project meetings. You identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks and changes. You constantly update the project plan so that it remains "up to date". You consistently apply Cegeka's project methodology.
  • Within the project you work closely together with the Solution Architect, who is (ultimately) responsible for the substantive solution for the client. Furthermore, a project team consists of one or more business consultants, developers and business experts. As a project manager, you are involved in various projects where the lead time and project pressure can vary. On average, our projects run between 9 and 15 months, from kick-off to go live.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the ERP world. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX) is an advantage but not essential.
  • Possessing a higher education (Bachelor or Master) is a requirement, complemented by relevant training or courses in project management.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the functional and technical specifications involved in ERP implementation projects.
  • Through your professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility and commitment, you succeed in gaining our customers' trust.
  • To manage your team, you have excellent leadership skills.
  • Being certified in at least one project methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK is a must.
  • You immediately feel at home within Cegeka's result-oriented, no-nonsense approach.
