We are looking for a driven and eager colleague to join our corporate Quality team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our adherence to ISO standards and supporting the business in maintaining the highest quality levels across all departments. 

  • Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Planning and coordinating global external ISO audits for the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001, acting as the primary contact for the certification institute. 
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes. 
  • Onboarding departments and services related to the defined roadmap into the certification scope of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001: 
  • o Guide and support various departments in understanding and implementing ISO standards. 
  • o Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on ISO requirements. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant ISO standards and industry best practices. 
  • Provide expert advice on quality management and ISO compliance. 
  • Assist departments in adhering to the quality management system. 
  • Support the business in monitoring and reporting on compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably with ISO standards. 
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
