Are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves from time to time and support hands-on facilities? Then you are the receptionist (20h) we are looking for for our Cegeka office in Hasselt!   • You are the first point of contact for our employees, visitors, customers, suppliers, ... Hospitality is your middle name.
  • As the face of Cegeka, you are ready every day.
  • You can empathize with your guests (visitors, employees, ...), have sufficient insight and understand their needs and expectations at a glance and can respond to them.
  • To ensure the safety of everyone, you are also responsible for creating and managing badges.
  • You receive phone calls, handle them and transfer them if necessary. In addition, you also handle incoming emails with the necessary flair.
  • To guarantee a smooth operation within your building, you are also responsible for booking meeting rooms. If required, you also provide a suitable lunch or other necessities.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues from Facilities, where you will be deployed to help keep everything running smoothly for the Cegeka office in Hasselt.
  • Within Cegeka we are one big team, which means you will also provide support to other departments from time to time. Think of booking training courses, managing a manager's agenda, ordering flowers for marketing, ...

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least a first similar work experience.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. 
  • You get energy from taking care of your colleagues.
  • You have a positive attitude. Meeting you at the reception desk is guaranteed to put a smile on everyone's face.  
  • You are proactive and can work independently
  • You speak and write perfect Dutch, French and English. 
  • You work from our office in Hasselt, but are willing to travel to our offices in Leuven, Diegem, Antwerp and Ghent if necessary. 
  • Hospitality = key! You know best how to make external people feel at ease.
