Cegeka continues to grow! Within the Digital Business division, we are following this trend and are therefore looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to assist and guide one of our customers.
You support the Domain Director and Business Engagement Manager with the intake, scoping, and end-to-end delivery of transformation programs.
You collaborate with business and procurement stakeholders on RFP processes and ensure project maturity transparency across PIs and Scrum teams.
You co-manage the IT roadmap’s translation into projects, overseeing alignment with delivery goals.
You guide the scrum team to meet sprint and PI objectives, addressing impediments and maintaining focus on goals.
You ensure quality standards by enforcing definitions of readiness and completion within the team.
You bring experience in multi-application teams, enhancing release visibility, and can translate between waterfall and agile models as needed.
You help prepare PI planning sessions and coordinate inter-team collaboration at the release train level, representing the RTE within the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
You enhance team dynamics and performance by helping to manage conflicts,an opportunities for growth.
You escalate unresolved people issues when needed, and guide teams through personnel transitions.
You facilitate team retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and accountability.
You coach Scrum Masters in Agile ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
You promote Agile values and SAFe quality practices, integrating Luminus-specific principles and practices.
You drive the adoption of techniques for better flow and quality, like test automation, CI/CD, pair programming, and effective demos.
You guide the team in implementing improved processes for flow and quality, including release management and LCM.
You work 2 days per week in Brussels combined with working from home.
What you need to succeed:
You bring extensive experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe, and project management.
You have expertise in tracking and reporting on team delivery, using Project Management tools like Jira.
You have an affinity with IT solutions across levels and possess a solid understanding of business contexts and complex IT architectures involving various technologies and systems.
You connect and communicate effectively to engage stakeholders through storytelling and presentations.
You apply critical thinking to enhance processes and stimulate creativity.
You are fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French as a plus.
