  • As Sales Enablement Manager Europe, you drive impactful initiatives that elevate our sales performance and align with our strategic goals.  Your job will entail the following tasks:
  • Formalize and standardize Cegeka’s sales methodology to ensure a consistent and effective approach to selling across the organization. 
  • Design and implement a comprehensive European sales academy to improve sales skills and knowledge of our cross-business line portfolio, including expert tracks for our Business Line sales. Create a culture of continuous learning and development, needed to differentiate in a competitive market.  
  • Establish a robust sales coaching framework for sales managers to enhance their coaching skills and effectiveness. Provide guidance and support in sales coaching to achieve higher performance levels. 
  • Create and maintain a central repository of all cross-business line sales materials. Regularly update and manage the repository to keep it current and relevant. 
  • Provide strategic support in dealmaking, offering insights and assistance to close deals effectively. Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies and proposals. 
  • Organize and facilitate regular sales gatherings to share information, best practices, and success stories. Foster a collaborative environment where sales teams can learn from each other and stay informed about the latest developments. 
  • Organize Must-Win meetings, account planning/strategy sessions, and provide guidance for our top European customers. 
  • Identify and evaluate cutting-edge tools, technologies and trends that empower our sales teams. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in a sales or sales enablement role within a European or multinational context, preferably within the IT services industry. 
  • Thorough knowledge of sales flows and methodologies. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-border initiatives and teams. 
  • A collaborative mindset to build and sustain a thriving sales community. 
  • Excellent communication and training abilities to inspire and empower others. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a result oriented attitude. 
  • A master’s degree. 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally as in written; additional European languages are a plus. 
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
