To strengthen our Service Management Solutions team, Cegeka is looking for a Servicenow Consultant to implement and integrate Servicenow at our customers. At Cegeka, we combine hands-on experience with partnerships like ServiceNow, Atlassian, Omninet, Topdesk and Gamingworks to deliver tailored solutions. Our Service Management  approach focuses on value co-creation through collaboration and continuous improvement, helping organizations align their processes, value streams, and workflows via integration and automation.   • Collaborate with customers across Belgium to accelerate digital transformation and improve business processes.
  • Play a key role in the delivery chain by designing tailored Servicenow solutions and automating workflows.
  • Assess client needs, suggest improvements, configure Servicenow products, and provide training/documentation.

What you need to succeed:

  • Passion for technology and process consultancy.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a hands-on attitude.
  • Degree and experience in IT, with 3+ years working with Servicenow Service Management modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to business and technical users.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM required; Atlassian, Omnitracker, Todesk or other tools are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
