Are you a passionate and proactive Solution Sales and willing to actively support our business growth? The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our IT Service Management business, both Process Consultancy and Tooling. Your sales acumen and technical knowledge will allow you to successfully fill this position. The goal is to gain substantial market share by offering superior and innovative solutions in this longstanding area of expertise.This role will be crucial in building on the strong foundation and existing partnerships we have established (OMNINET, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Topdesk, ITSMf, ... ) and leveraging the experience of our current international team while positioning ourselves as challengers in a competitive market. We are not just a tool implementer or theoretical advisors, but we work closely with our customers, strive to understand what is relevant in their specific context and tailor our solutions to their needs.   • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in ITSM, developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Market Penetration: Develop strategies to effectively penetrate a market dominated by well-established competitors, positioning Cegeka as a formidable player.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Leveraging Experience: Utilize the extensive experience and knowledge of our current team to develop compelling value propositions for potential clients.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience selling solutions within the IT industry, with a preference for ITSM tools and processes. Experience entering and succeeding in competitive markets is an asset. Clear knowledge of this field is a must! (ITIL certification or willingness to obtain it / affinity with ESM Tooling or experience in previous opportunities / projects)
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients both in the private and public sectors.
  • Driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strategic thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to break through in a competitive market.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field is an advantage.
