In close cooperation

As an architect, you are the soundboard inside and outside the Cegeka organization, propagating a vision, providing support and giving advice to the client, project teams, management, etc. You determine and justify technical choices using rational arguments. You use technology stacks that have proven their value, but at the same time you ensure future-proofing by introducing and stimulating sufficient innovation.

Together with your team you will ensure that the customer will make the right technical choice, so that the IT architecture stays stable. What makes the role of architects so important is that they are the first filter between the customer and the engineers. They are translating the customer's wishes into the technology and vice versa. It is therefore important to maintain good customer relations, both formal and informal.

Cegeka became a structural partner of the Flemish Government in mid 2021. The Flemish Government’s ambition is to become one of the most digitalized regions in Europe. Facilitating optimal interaction with citizens, employees, other authorities and between different entities is one of the main priorities.


The Flemish Government chose Cegeka as a strategic partner in order to achieve this objective. Our proven experience with DevOps and platforms, and our domain expertise in organizations such as VDAB and VUTG (Growth Package), mean that we are entering familiar territory. We are looking for architects who would like to work with us in this project.
