Are you eager to learn and motivated? Are you ready to jump-start your Integration Engineer with Python, Scala & AI Career this spring? Then check out our tailor-made challenge designed for 15 students passionate about building and running an application on an Enterprise environment. Between April and July 2025, join our Cegeka Academy, an accelerated learning program led by our Developers. You will meet with our mentors twice a week for two hours over the course of 12 weeks. At the end of the program, we would like to choose our next colleagues out of the students, based on their progress. Check out below all details related to the Academy and apply by 10th of April! Once your CV is selected, you will be contacted by our Team to complete a technical test and an online discussion.

  • Develop skills on: Python & basics of Scala, Restful API design patterns, Public Cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform)
  • AI concepts (NLP, NLU) required for conversational AI and Gen-AI like chatbots or voice bots (Google Dialog Flow)
  • Version control systems (Git) and CI/CD
  • Data visualization: Looker Studio, Cognos, or Power BI (we use Looker/ GCP)
  • Reveal the mystery of data: how does a chatbot work and how does it perform?
  • Collaborate at Enterprise level
  • Agile mindset

What you need to succeed:

  • You are willing to learn A LOT
  • You are a student - 3rd, 4th year of study or master's degree from Bucharest
  • You are analytical: extremely curious, constantly looking for an explanation; analyzing sharply, concise & to the point
  • You have good theoretical foundation in computer science (algorithms) - and you are up for a test to prove that
  • Be meticulous about documentation, able to express in writing
  • You speak English
