Do you work in supply chain management? Be sure to read this blog, which highlights the key updates from Release  Wave 2 for Supply Chain Management.

Calculate capable-to-promise quantities in real time

With this new feature, you can provide customers with a realistic update on when they will receive their orders in real-time. It also immediately shows how a change to a product (such as color or design) or a change in quantity would affect the promised delivery date. This calculation considers stock levels, production capacity, and transportation times. This information is ideal for organizations that assemble, or produce based on orders.

Trace and resolve quality issues with Copilot

Copilot uses artificial intelligence to gather and summarize all the necessary information about an item's supply chain, from origin to destination. It provides a complete overview of the components of each item and where they were used. When there are quality issues, it can sometimes take a while to identify the cause (tracing history, retrieving specific batch and serial numbers, combining data, etc.). With Copilot, you can collect and summarize this relevant information in just a few seconds. This enables the quick identification of the affected batches, minimizing the impact of product recalls.
