The teams faced challenges such as developing new functionalities while adapting/refactoring existing features, migration of some crucial technologies to their latest versions, covering functionalities with unit and integration tests, putting effort into performing stress testing on the system, optimizing performance accordingly and ensuring stability by fine-tuning the overall architecture and taking measures related to deployment and rollback strategies to handle possible disaster scenarios.
Reports now indicate a full shop availability, even during high-traffic periods, demonstrating the team's contribution to reliability and stability.
