Whitelane Research: Cegeka once again leader for security in Belgium & Luxembourg

Cegeka has once again achieved excellent results in the 2024 edition of Whitelane Research on IT Sourcing. This independent study confirms Cegeka's leading position in security services for the second consecutive year. The overall satisfaction rate also increased to 82%, placing Cegeka in the top 5 once again. Whitelane conducts an annual survey of customer satisfaction with IT service providers.

In addition to security, we also achieved other impressive results: finishing four times in the top 3 across different categories is an achievement that we as a company can be proud of." 

Along with its first place for security services, Cegeka also achieved a top score in network and connectivity where they end up in second place with 81%. For workplace services, Cegeka moves up 4% this year (76% in 2023) to third place. Cegeka's performance in application services is also noteworthy, securing third place with an 82% satisfaction rate. 

Jef Loos, Head of Research Europe at Whitelane, confirms Cegeka's strong performance: "Cegeka has been a top player in Belgium and Luxembourg for several years in a row. They score strongly again in nearly all categories. These results show that Cegeka values close cooperation and customer satisfaction highly."  

Whitelane surveys customer satisfaction in various categories. An overview of Cegeka's results according to Whitelane Research BeLux: 

• 1st place: security services - 86% 
• 2nd place: network & connectivity services - 81% 
• 3rd place: workplace services – 80% 
• 3rd place: application services - 82% 
• 4th place: general satisfaction - 82% 
• 6th place: cloud & infrastructure services - 77% 
• Highest number of completed evaluations out of all participants - 52  

The 2024 BeLux IT Sourcing Study represents the largest survey to date. With close to 300 participants from the region’s leading IT-spending organisations, this year’s report provides insights on the top-performing IT service providers and cloud platform providers, with over 750 unique IT sourcing relationships and more than 800 cloud platform relationships evaluated.
